Suzanne HauglandFor 25 years, At Home and Co. owner, Suzanne Haugland, has had her finger on the pulse of interior design. Her clientele stretches from Arizona to Boston, but most hail from Minnesota, where she first began her career at The Accessory Collection. Two name changes later, Suzanne still runs the 50th and France boutique, which you now know as At Home and Co. Suzanne believes that good design reflects the lifestyle and desire of the client—not of the designer. Her exceptional work has been published in books and magazines nationwide.Founder

Mollie LoechlerMollie’s love of design stems from when she was a little girl. In her spare time, you could find her re-arranging her room to decorating for family members. After graduating from University of Minnesota Mankato, Mollie worked as a designer for Ethan Allen and International Design Center. 19 yrs. later when At Home and Co. opened their doors, Mollie jumped at the chance to join their team and has never looked back. Now working with the owner, Suzanne Haugland, Mollie prides herself on paying attention to the details. “It’s the little things that make the biggest impact”, Mollie says. And that includes honing in on the client’s needs. From a family heirloom to a piece of artwork,” If it means something to the client, it means something to us”. And in the end, if Mollie has achieved the client’s happiness, to her, that is all that matters.SENIOR DESIGN ASSISTANT

Sereena FordSereena’s love for design started at a young age with color. She was fascinated by the colors in nature and how they could evoke different feelings. Wanting to apply nature to all her surroundings and use color to create emotion, she followed her path to Century College, where she received her Associates in Interior Design. Since then, she has continued to use nature to inspire her designs and create an environment that mirrors each client’s personality. “One of my favorite quotes is, 'Home is the story of who we are and a collection of all that we love,' Sereena said. “I want to embody that philosophy in all those that I help. Everybody deserves to have a home that reflects them and that is solely their own.” Sereena’s creative eye, and compassionate heart have given her the tools to dig deep and solve any problems that come her way and do whatever it takes to give each client a wonderful and happy experience.DESIGN ASSISTANT

Corey PesterGrowing up with a handy dad, Corey found comfort in the sounds of power tools and the smell of sawdust. Her admiration for design began at age 8 when the two designed and built a loft bed complete with a split-level staircase, for her room. When her dad started a residential remodel and contracting company in 2005, Corey enjoyed learning about his work in depth and watching his projects become a reality. In 2018, she graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in psychology, but desires to return to school for interior design. She joined our team in February 2020 and enjoys learning how design can improve and facilitate client's daily lives, as well as how individual aspects come together to create stunning spaces. The warm, design-focused atmosphere of At Home and Co. inspires her daily to continue working toward her career in interior design.Inventory Manager/Sales Support
