For 25 years, At Home and Co. owner, Suzanne Haugland, has had her finger on the pulse of interior design. Her clientele stretches from Arizona to Boston, but most hail from Minnesota, where she first began her career at The Accessory Collection. Two name changes later, Suzanne still runs the 50th and France boutique, which you now know as At Home and Co. Suzanne believes that good design reflects the lifestyle and desire of the client—not of the designer. Her exceptional work has been published in books and magazines nationwide.

Mollie’s love of design stems from when she was a little girl. In her spare time, you could find her re-arranging her room to decorating for family members. After graduating from University of Minnesota Mankato, Mollie worked as a designer for Ethan Allen and International Design Center. 19 yrs. later when At Home and Co. opened their doors, Mollie jumped at the chance to join their team and has never looked back. Now working with the owner, Suzanne Haugland, Mollie prides herself on paying attention to the details. “It’s the little things that make the biggest impact”, Mollie says. And that includes honing in on the client’s needs. From a family heirloom to a piece of artwork,” If it means something to the client, it means something to us”. And in the end, if Mollie has achieved the client’s happiness, to her, that is all that matters.
Always loving color and where to place everything in just the right spot led Denise to a Fashion Merchandising degree which led to an interior design degree upon graduating from Dakota County Technical College. She joined our team 6 years ago and now works as a resource and project manager for outside designers and builders. She helps them source the piece they didn't know they needed for their project. In addition, she places orders and manages them up to delivery. She ensures her designers and their vision comes first, no matter the scale or style of the project. Denise’s favorite saying to her designers is “Everyday you ladies teach me something new”.

When Paige wanted to rearrange her bedroom as a child, her dad pulled out some graph paper and measured the dimensions of her room and her furniture. He cut out the shapes of her bed, nightstand, dresser and desk. Then he moved the pieces around the footprint of her room and showed her which layout would be the most functional for her. Paige was fascinated by this creative process and the possibilities it brought forth. The seed her dad planted that day grew into a lifelong interest in design. After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications and working in various public relations roles, Paige decided to turn her love of design into a career. She is currently enrolled in the Interior Design program at Century College and is serving as Co-President of the college's American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Student Chapter. She is looking forward to graduating and immersing herself in the design world full-time.

Sereena’s love for design started at a young age with color. She was fascinated by the colors in nature and how they could evoke different feelings. Wanting to apply nature to all her surroundings and use color to create emotion, she followed her path to Century College, where she received her Associates in Interior Design. Since then, she has continued to use nature to inspire her designs and create an environment that mirrors each client’s personality. “One of my favorite quotes is, 'Home is the story of who we are and a collection of all that we love,' Sereena said. “I want to embody that philosophy in all those that I help. Everybody deserves to have a home that reflects them and that is solely their own.” Sereena’s creative eye, and compassionate heart have given her the tools to dig deep and solve any problems that come her way and do whatever it takes to give each client a wonderful and happy experience.
